These techniques have been utilized in various fields such as computational intelligence, clustering, control, data analysis and mining, decision-making and support, design, human factors engineering and ergonomics, image processing, information processing and retrieval, knowledge representation and reasoning, marketing, medical diagnosis, optimization, pattern classification, production planning and scheduling, and quality control.
